Manufacturers Midway

Interested in a high visibility, high volume traffic area at one of our events?

There are approximately 8,100 spaces spread over 150 acres at the Carlisle Fairgrounds. The vast majority of these spaces are in the swap meet, car corral or showfield areas at most events. Approximately 200 premium spaces at the center of the Fairgrounds are reserved for the Manufacturers Midway at each event.

The Manufacturers Midway is located in close vicinity to the stage and grandstand – in the center of the action.

A company does not need to be a “manufacturer” to be on the Midway. However, a company is expected to present a professional appearance with their display – to a higher degree than if located in the swap meet area.

Each space on the Midway consists of 10 feet of frontage and 30 feet of depth. The surface is grass – fronting on a paved pathway.

The fees for Midway space are all inclusive and provide, in addition to the actual display space, the following:

• Goody bag inserts
   
• One promotional item (PA Announcements, venue banners or directory advertisement)
   
• Featured listing on the event home page
   
• Featured listing in the official event directory
   
• Electric service
   
• Wireless Internet service
   
• Tables & chairs – free rental
   
• Material handling
   
• Extra parking for support & staff vehicles

Tent rentals can be arranged for an additional fee.
